I am a certified health coach through the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute. I love to encourage and educate individuals and groups in health through nutrition. No judgement, because we all struggle with food choices, including me. I am certified to work with adults, children, prime timers and those wanting to have a baby or are currently pregnant.
